How do you stay connected to yourself while everything around you is changing?
Every stage of life brings changes. Whether you are young or older, have just moved or have lived abroad for years, are starting or ending a relationship, having children, or looking for a new direction: time and again, you reach moments where you have to reinvent yourself.
The question then isn’t just “What should I do?” but especially “What feels right for me?”
When you have spent a long time focusing mainly on what others need, it can be difficult to answer that. Your own needs may have faded into the background. You might have become used to adapting, caring, being strong, or just keeping going.
In my coaching, we explore what lies beneath those patterns:
What is truly yours?
What have you inherited from your parents and family?
What expectations are you still carrying with you?
Which beliefs were once created to protect you, but perhaps no longer help you today?
And above all: what do you want now?
I believe that there is an inner wisdom present in every person. When you reconnect with it:
you stand firmer;
you are less easily thrown off balance;
you better recognize what you need;
you make choices that truly suit you;
you can set boundaries more easily;
more space is created for connection with others;
and you can live more and more from your true self.
