An international move is a profound example of this. What still suits me? Perhaps you have grown used to adapting, caring, being strong or carrying on. You do what is needed, but meanwhile the connection with yourself can fade further and further into the background. The question is then not only: what should I do? An inner knowing that may not always be immediately present, but that can become palpable again when you take the space to pause with yourself.
